Chef Annuradha Toshniwal make a very simple to make quick homemade dessert recipe. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />Wet Ingredients: <br />1/2 cup oil <br />250 gms honey <br />1 cup sugar <br />1 cup mIlk <br />1.5 tbsp vanilla essence <br /> <br />Dry Ingredients: <br />2 cups of flour <br />3/4 cups whole wheat flour <br />2 tsp baking powder <br />2 tsp soda bicarb <br />1 tsp cinnamon powder <br />1 tsp salt <br /> <br />3 cups grated carrots <br />1/4 cup raisins <br />1/2 cup chopped walnuts <br /> <br />Method: <br />- Beat the wet ingredients together using a beater till all the sugar dissolves. <br />- Add dry ingredients to it and beat it lightly <br />- Add carrots, raisins, walnuts and mix everything well using hands and no beater <br />- Put the mixture in a baking tray for baking in a preheated oven at 220c and bake for an approx time of 30 - 40 mins <br />- Once baked scrape from the sides of the tray, take it out, cool it down and serve at normal room temperature!
